Ukrainian journalist and blogger Alina Shamanska sued her former husband - actor and showman Ruslan Hanumak. The reason was the systematic violations of the conditions of joint education of their son Arthur, which the woman told in an interview with Maria Efrosinini.
After the divorce in 2024, Hanumak went to the United States. However, in November he suddenly returned to Ukraine without informing his ex -wife. Shamanskaya learned about his arrival when Ruslan came to school arbitrarily to pick up his son.
Alina tried to achieve a peaceful settlement of the situation: "I say: 'Ruslane, the only thing I ask you is to follow the arrangements. There will be no ban on a date with my son. But there is a condition - compliance with time if I said."
However, according to the blogger, Hanumak repeatedly violated these arrangements. In particular, he did not take the time of returning the child, allowed his son to watch Russian content and even insisted on Russian communication. Shamanskaya also argues that in the life of Arthur another woman appeared, forcing the boy to call her a "mother".
"The impression that my son just goes to Russia - Russian songs, movies, language. And then returns to Ukraine to his mother," Alina said.
After a few months of unsuccessful efforts to resolve the conflict peacefully, Shamanska, along with her lawyer Inna Miroshnichenko, filed a lawsuit. She emphasizes that it is not about deprivation of parental rights, but about the legal definition of the child's place of residence and establishing a clear schedule of meetings with the father.
"I will not be forbidden to see my son. But he is obliged to comply with the conditions. If he violates, it will be a violation of the law," Shamanskaya said.
The case will be considered by the court in the coming months.
