The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court (VAKS) adopted a verdict on the former MP Irina Kormyshkina and her husband, approving the Agreement on pleasure. This was reported by the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) on Friday, March 21.
The court found crimes and prosecution Irina Kormyshkin is guilty of declaring false information and illegal enrichment, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 366-2 and Part 1 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Her husband was found guilty of legalization (laundering) of property and declaration of false information under Part 2 of Article 209 and Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The court sentenced suggested an expature of a final sentence of 5 years in prison with a fine of 68 thousand hryvnias (4000 non -taxable minimum incomes of citizens). It is also deprived of the right to occupy positions related to the performance of the functions of the state or local self -government for two years.
Her husband received a similar punishment: 5 years in prison with a fine of 68 thousand hryvnias. At the same time, both are exempted from serving the basic punishment with a probationary period for two years in accordance with Art. 75 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In addition to imposed punishment, Irina Kormishkin is obliged to transfer 20 million hryvnias to the state budget. She, together with her husband, should transfer UAH 2 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The possibility of appeal in accordance with a court decision, the sentence may be appealed on appeal within 30 days of its pronouncement by filing a complaint to the WACC Chamber.
The name of the former deputy was not stated in the message of the SAP, but it becomes clear from the circumstances of the case that it is about Irina Kormyshkin (Allahveredyev).
