On February 5, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court of Ukraine decided to recover the assets of Vyacheslav Zavvsky, a former guard of Viktor Yanukovych. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.
In particular, 100 % of the authorized capital of Amstell-Sky LLC was charged, which manages the Amstelski hotel complex in Bukovel, as well as intellectual property property rights for five objects, 12 land plots, two apartments, four parking spaces, a vehicle, ten units and more than UAH 300,000.
Vyacheslav Zavvsky, an officer of the Russian army, was involved in the organization of security measures in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. In particular, he participated in the construction of military-logistics infrastructure sites in the Donbass, in particular the bridge across the Kalmius River in Mariupol. This bridge is part of the land road connecting Rostov-on-Don with Crimea.
Zavvsky also assisted the Russian military in search of Ukrainian servicemen and ATO participants in temporarily occupied territories.
