Today, a low telegram of the channels has flown that the sister of the deputy from the "servant of the people" and in combination of the secretary of the Irpin City Council Angela Makeeva, Victoria Goncharuk, from 2021 to 2024 purchased more than 50 real estate objects.
Victoria Goncharuk, a real estate in the Buchan district, raised suspicions and asked many questions about possible corruption schemes. Particular attention was paid to the fact that after Angela Makeev became the secretary of the Irpin City Council, her sister Victoria began active purchase of property during the war.
The question immediately appears: as Victoria Goncharuk, who has worked as an accountant at the School of School, the District State Administration and in the Youth and Sports Department, having official income not exceeding UAH 500,000 in a few years, was able to buy 53 land and houses, which exceeded $ 1 million?
Also, this is not the first scandal involving Angela Makeva.
In August this year, journalists became aware that Angela Makeeva had a fake diploma of higher education and traveled abroad during the war, using communal cars. Journalists received an official response from the Ministry of Education, which the diploma used by Makeev was not published.
The editorial staff of Vlasti.net sent a copy of Angela Makeeva's diploma, which she usually certified by her signature, adding that the copy was in line with the original. According to the person who sent this document, Makeev used it during the election campaign, submitting to the party "servant of the people" and before, as well as in employment.
In fact, in 2011, the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv did not publish a diploma with the specified series and number by a student named Makeeva. The journalists checked it as informally at the university and officially on the special site of the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education's journalistic request provided an official conclusion that there was no diploma with such data.
According to Ukrainian law, the use of counterfeit documents is severely punishable. Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine provides for fines, correctional work or even imprisonment for up to two years. For civil servants, this also means the loss of office and a lifelong ban on public office.
On the same month, the informant announced that, despite the ban on deputies of local councils and officials to travel abroad, Angela Makeev has been outside Ukraine from 2022. It first happened in the fall of 2022 during her vacation, when she crossed the border on the car of the municipal enterprise Irpen "Teploenergopostach". It is known that she left Ukraine on September 27, 2022, and returned on October 4.
It remains unclear on what grounds Makeev used a car of a utility company that suffered losses for personal rest abroad. This enterprise does not rent cars to deputies for travel outside the country. In particular, for 2023 KP "Teploenergopostach" declared a net loss of UAH 48 million.
Also in June 2024, Makeeva crossed the state border twice through the checkpoint in Uzhgorod. She went to Slovakia on June 15 and returned on June 29. It was not a business trip because she was on official leave at this time. This time, it did not use a municipal car, but according to the Government Resolution No. 69 of January 27, 2023, deputies and civil servants were forbidden to leave abroad.
It is unknown where Makeeva was resting during these two weeks. Are they alpine resorts of Austria, Switzerland or Italy, or Montenegro beaches or Croatia?
The public hopes that as a public person Angela Makeeva will explain his actions and tell about the reasons for the trip and share his impressions of his foreign vacation.
In addition, Angela Makeeva was a candidate for recall from the deputy's position according to the analysis of the marker votes of the Honest Movement since 2021. However, despite his fraudulent activity and using the office of Makeev, the threat of withdrawal has passed.
