During his visit to Berlin, US President Joe Biden confirmed the intentions of the United States to continue to provide comprehensive support to Ukraine until his presidential term.
According to Bloomberg , Biden said that Ukraine can count on the US assistance, despite some differences in NATO allies regarding the ways of implementing the strategic "Victory Plan" proposed by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
During a short visit to Berlin Biden, he warned that a very difficult winter was waiting for Ukraine and tried to enlist cohesive support of the event.
NATO Secretary -General Mark Rutte stated that the invitation of Ukraine remains the long -term purpose of the Alliance.
However, differences within NATO on this issue are stored, in particular between key capitals.
Thus, Scholtz opposes Ukraine's early membership in NATO and disagrees to supply long -range missiles.
There was no consensus on the supply of long -range weapons to the rear of Russia.
