The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, refused to take responsibility for the possible consequences of deploying a military action against Russia. This was stated by the White House representative John Kirby in an interview for ABC News, commenting on the decision to lift a ban on American weapons in Russian territory.
"The President looked at the discussion of the interagency team, became convinced that he understood all the consequences of this request and then approved him ... The President stated that he did not want to be responsible for solving the Third World War," Kirby said.
He added that the goals of the Armed Forces are the location of military, fire positions and logistics bases.
