Governor of Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov did not specify the cause of these technological disorders. According to the Ministry of Defense of Russia, on the night of July 1, nine drone was "destroyed and suppressed" over the Belgorod region.
Gladkov said that when switching off electricity in some areas, mobile speakers will be used to announce rocket danger.
