The middle of November will bring Ukrainians the first heavy snowfalls, and the air temperature will drop below zero. According to the Ventusky weather radar and forecasters, the first big snowfall will cover Ukraine as early as November 15. Until then, until November 10, the weather will be dry and relatively warm.
On Friday, November 15, the air temperature in Ukraine is expected to be within 0...+2 degrees, while in the Carpathians, thermometers will drop to -4 degrees. Such weather indicates the approach of a snow front, which will be the beginning of a serious winter period for the country.
On Saturday, November 16, the first snowfall will spread to the eastern, southern, central and partly northern regions. Precipitation will be intense in places, causing the formation of snow cover. During the day, the temperature will not exceed +2 degrees, and during the night from November 16 to 17, frosts of up to -1...-5 are expected, in the Carpathians up to -7 degrees. However, such low temperatures will not last long.
On Sunday, November 17, snowfall will be concentrated only in Donetsk region, after which the front will move outside the country. During the day, the temperature will be from -1 to +4 degrees, and warming is expected by the evening - the air will warm up to +8 degrees in the west.
We will remind that already on November 3, the first wet snow fell in Kharkiv, which did not remain on the surface. According to meteorologist Vera Balabukh, in recent years there has been a trend of rising temperatures in the winter period, and the current winter may continue this trend.
