Daniel Salem about business loss, divorce and new priorities

Ukrainian TV presenter and restaurateur Daniel Salem, who has been serving in the Armed Forces since the beginning of a full -scale war, lost all his business. Before the invasion of Russia, he was a successful restaurateur, but now his restaurant case has ceased to exist. However, Salem notes that he has changed life priorities.

During the interview, the showman confessed that the loss of business for him was not a tragedy, but an opportunity to return to what he dreamed of since childhood - for military affairs.

“I just stayed out of work. But I had another job. In Lebanon I served in the army, and it was my first profession. That is why I just returned to my business, which I always wanted to do, ”Salem shared.

In addition to business, the TV presenter has lost all his material wealth. After divorce with his wife Maria, he left her and daughter Luny everything: house, savings, car. However, the showman himself does not regret it and thinks that he needed such experience.

“When a full -scale war began, I just lost everything. Everything that was in Zakoka gave Masha and Luna. Everything sold everything. I have nothing - neither car nor home. But sometimes you need to nap. Life cannot always be perfect. And at such moments you realize that the most important thing is your land and your family, ”Salem emphasized.

Now the TV presenter spends a minimum of money, because, according to him, a lot is not needed. He posts all his earnings to his daughter's account.

“When you start living from scratch, you inevitably build something new. I put all my money into the account of my daughter. I spend very little on myself. Thanks to volunteers, I have something to wear, they help with military needs. And it is not necessary for the military. The wheelbarrow is military. Something to eat? Eggs or potatoes can always be bought. Therefore, I give everything I give to my daughter and her mother, ”Salem summed up.
