According to the data, it is possible to accumulate the most room apartment in Kherson, where you need to postpone the entire salary for 2.9 years. Zaporozhye (3.3 years) and Kharkiv (3.5 years) are also distinguished by the availability of housing. Low housing prices in these cities are explained by the proximity to the war zone, which reduces demand and price. Lviv, Lutsk and Uzhgorod were on the opposite side of the rating, where the accumulation of an apartment can take from 8.5 to 9.9 years. In Lviv, the average cost of a one -room apartment is about $ 65 thousand, which is the highest in Ukraine.
Other cities where the accumulation of the apartment will last longer: Kiev - 8.3 years (average cost of $ 60 thousand); Exactly - 8 years; Zhytomyr and Vinnitsa - 7.9 years; Chernivtsi - 7.8 years. In the central and western regions, the apartment is more expensive due to higher demand and safer conditions. Instead, in cities that are close to the front, prices are much lower, making them more accessible to those who are ready to take the risk.
According to analysts, on average in large cities of Ukraine, the apartment will have to collect a salary for about 6.3 years.
