In the Kyiv region, a deputy of the Ukrainian city council was brought to administrative responsibility for committing a corruption offense. It is about the vote of the people's deputy for the issue of land management for the farm, in which he is the ultimate beneficial owner.
This is stated in the press service of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
"It was found that the deputy at the session of the city council participated in the issue of development of technical documentation on land management and inventory of land for the farm, which is the ultimate beneficial owner," - the message reads.
Employees of the Strategic Investigation of the National Police of Ukraine drawn up an administrative protocol under Part 1, 2, Art. 172-7 (decision-making in the conditions of real conflict of interest and failure to notify it) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
With the participation of prosecutors of the Obukhiv District Prosecutor's Office, the court found the deputy guilty and applied to him a fine of two hundred tax -free minimum incomes of citizens. The decision of the Kyiv Court of Appeal was left unchanged.
