We are talking about card accounts open to Privatbank to a full -scale invasion, which continue to enter the pension payments. It is impossible to withdraw funds from these cards without the financial number of the phone, as Ukrainian mobile operators do not work in the temporarily occupied territories.
According to the latest data, such pension cards are about one million and some of them remain active. It is these active pension cards that formed the Black Market, where the bank's employees sell the bank accounts of pensioners with the fraudsters for whom withdrawing funds from such an account is not a problem.
According to our sources, on the equipment with card accounts of pensioners, the state loses UAH 3-4 billion on a monthly basis.
