Putin's tribunal is likely to be created by the end of this year, the DW European Commissioner from Justice Didier Reinders said.
"There are two main options: an international tribunal based on a multilateral agreement or a simplified decision - on the basis of a bilateral agreement between Ukraine and the Council of Europe," he said.
The Netherlands was offered to hold a special combat in the Hague. Since July 2023, the international prosecutor team analyzes the evidence transmitted to different countries into the database, which was created specifically for this in euro.
The case will be subsequently transferred to the special offense.
