On the night of November 29, the Defense Forces of Ukraine made several successful strikes on the strategic objects of Russian infrastructure. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
In particular, the Atlas oil depot in the Rostov region of Russia was affected. As a result of the attack, a large -scale fire with two ignition cells arose. As recalled in the General Staff, this is not the first blow to this oil depot: in the summer of 2023 the object was also attacking.
Atlas oil depot is an important element of the Russian military-industrial complex, which supplies fuel and mass materials for the Russian army. Its damage can significantly affect the logistics provision of the occupation troops.
In addition, the Russian radar station "Buk-M3" was destroyed in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhya region. This was part of the operation to detect and eliminate the enemy air defense.
These strikes are part of Ukraine's strategy to weaken Russia's military capacity. The destruction of the oil depot reduces access to critically important resources, and the defeat of the radar station undermines the opportunities for the invaders to protect their positions from aviation and missile attacks.
Despite the fact that Russian media are traditionally reluctant to comment on such incidents, the effects of attacks can be significant for military infrastructure and logistics of the Russian Federation.
