The International Center for Sports Research (Cies) has published a new rating of the best goalkeeper in the world, in which Ukrainian goalkeeper Georgy Buschan has been among the best. He won the honorary 41st place in this list, which is a significant achievement for Ukrainian football.
The Cies rating takes into account several important parameters, such as the number of matches played, the results of the teams, the difference of missed and broken balls, as well as the percentage of parked blows. Only those goalkeepers who have spent at least 20 matches in the last year fall into this rating, which makes it quite competitive.
The first three places on the list were goalkeeper from leading European clubs. The first in the ranking was Donnarumma, Donnarumm of French PSG, which was distinguished by great performances at a high level. The second place is taken by Yann Zommer from Inter, and the third is Tibo Kurtua from Real Madrid. All these goalkeepers regularly demonstrate excellent results in both club and international arena.
Georgy Buschan, as a representative of Ukrainian football, was included in this prestigious list thanks to his stable and reliable game. He has proven himself as a reliable goalkeeper of Dynamo Kyiv, helping the team to achieve good results in both Ukrainian tournaments and in the international arena.
