Oleksandr Chekrygin, the chief firefighter of Ukraine, is accused of "whitewashing" the owners of gas station chains

According to the newspaper, for the "hole" of the owners of the networks of Ukrainian gas stations, Alexander Cherkrigin requires the undue benefit for each gas station when conducting the identification of high -risk objects. Whether the object is attributed to the category of "high risk" depends whether the owner needs to conclude contracts for emergency service and insurance.

According to the Unified State Register of Judgments in the Zhytomyr District Administrative Court, there is a case No. 240/26250/23 dated September 19, 2023, where the plaintiff is a private enterprise "Magnitron-4C", and the defendant of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. "I had orders at 130 gas stations. At the initial calculation, 125 are not related to high -risk objects. SES, which approves calculations and decides on the assignment of an object to increased danger or not attributed, interprets the" ambiguous provisions "of this document in my own favor. We have won the proceedings in the court of first instance, now the appeal is filed.

According to journalists of the edition 360ua.news , it is including the network of gas stations SOCAR, which is a client "Magnitron-4C". At the same time, market participants on the conditions of anonymity report that the price of a positive SESS decision for one gas station ranges from 200 to 500 USD, and thousands of such facilities have passed through the department.
