Huts, representatives of the military-political movement from Yemen, recently made a series of attacks on ships floating in the Red Sea, causing a threat to international navigation. According to Reuters, two ships under the flag of Liberia were attacked by Hussites, which led to the restriction of container transportation in the Red Sea.
One of the ships, Al-Jasre, was the victim of a drone that caused the fire that was extinguished. The next attack was released two missiles, one of which hit the ship, causing a fire. The Mason's US Military Ship provided assistance in the localization of the fire and ensuring the safety of the vessel.
Also, Hutivit was threatened with an attack on the MSC Alanya ship, demanding it to change the direction of traffic. The ship continued its way in support of US forces.
"These attacks serve as another demonstration of huge risk to the international navigation caused by Hussite's actions," the central team said.
The vessels, which, according to Hussites, went to Israel, leave everyone on the verge of anxiety. It should be noted that the Hussite group was justified by their aggression, arguing that their actions were designed to support Palestinians in response to Israel's hostilities against Hamas in the Gaza sector.
The reaction to the threat to international navigation has already been distinguished. The Danish shipping company AP Moller-Maersk has suspended all container transportation through the Red Sea. Certain countries consider the possibility of termination of navigation in the region.
The situation remains tense, and the world observes the development of events, concerned about the safety of navigation in the Red Sea due to the activity of Hussites.
