Elon Musk announced the start of production of humanoid Tesla robots in 2025

Ilon Musk, a well -known entrepreneur and founder of Tesla, announced the company's intentions to start the production of humanoid robots next year. This initiative has become part of Tesla's strategy to expand its technological capabilities and bring new products to the market.

In his message on the social network, Musk reported that the work will first use Tesla, which will start selling them in 2026.

The technology billionaire previously stated that it expected a robot called Optimus will be ready for use at Tesla factories by the end of this year.

Other companies, including Honda and Boston Dynamics, also develop their humanoid robots.

"Tesla will be truly useful work-humanoids in small volumes for internal use of Tesla next year and hopefully, in 2026, a large volume for other companies," Musk said in his social network X, previously known as Twitter.

It happened only a day before Tesla had to publish its latest financial results.

The company's shares have completed a trading session on Monday on Vhll Street by more than 5%.

Earlier, Musk stated that Tesla was aimed at being produced massively and costing less than $ 20,000 each.

Musk is known for set ambitious terms for its companies, which it does not always follow, the BBC notes.

In 2019, he said that he was very sure that next year in Tesla will appear on the roads of drones. Earlier this year Musk stated that the long -awaited robots will be presented on August 8. Last week, he seemed to confirm the report that the event would be postponed. Musk did not name a new date, but said he asked to change the front of the car.

"Extra time allows us to demonstrate something more," he wrote.

It happened after Bloomberg News reported that the event was postponed to October.

Mask companies are paying more attention to technologies such as artificial intelligence, autonomous driving and work, while the demand for electric vehicles is slowing down.
