In the city of Kamianske, in Dnipropetrovsk, there was an incident that shocked local residents. The man in military uniform staged a shooting in the courtyard of a multi -storey building, where, according to preliminary data, there was a quarrel between two men.
According to the local telegram channels "Khamianske" and "Dnipro Operational", the shooting was the result of the conflict between the 45-year-old Dnieper and a 38-year-old locals. The case occurred in one of the yards of an apartment building, where, according to eyewitnesses, children and other adults were at the time of the event. The incident occurred as a result of a quarrel, during which one of the men, probably in a state of alcohol intoxication, took the weapon and opened fire.
