In Iran, five people, including three men and two women, were executed on charges of cooperation with the Israeli special service of Mossad. The execution took place on Friday, December 29, in the province of Western Azerbaijan.
These persons are found guilty of activities in favor of the Israeli special service, in particular in cooperation with Mossad agents in Turkey. In the trial, where the charges were brought to ten persons, it is noted that some of them have recognized their involvement in cooperation with the Israelites.
This is another case of tensions between Iran and Israel, which have been accusing each other for several years of sabotage and attacks on nuclear objects and nuclear scientists. Iran has recently increased the rate of production of the enriched uranium to 60%, which caused indignation and concern of the international community.
In addition, many experts believe that Iran can support Hamas terrorist organization, which, according to them, has carried out a large -scale attack on Israel in October 2023. Tehran denies any involvement in this event.
