Israeli tanks have been successfully breaking through the Khan-Yunis city center as part of a new large-scale offensive on the central part of the main city in the south of the Gaza Sector.
Local residents reported that the tanks had passed through the center of Han-Yunis, reaching the main road, which runs from north to south, after intense battles that lasted during the night. These fights significantly slowed the promotion of the Israelites from the East.
It is noted that combat planes attacked the area west of the assault.
The locals also reported that the tanks went out to Jamal Abdel-Nozer, located in the center of Han-Yunis.
Israel began storming Han-Yunis at this stage of the week, responding to a violation of the armistice by Hamas fighters. This became part of the new phase of his two -month -old campaign to destroy Hamas fighters, which swept the southern part of the Gaza sector.
