The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made personnel changes in two key departments - the State Special Communications Service and Information Protection (State Secretariat) and the State Transport Safety Service (Ukrtrans Security). The heads of these agencies were the former deputies, which testifies to the internal rotation of personnel.
Yuri Mironenko was dismissed from the post of chairman of the State Secretariat. In his place, the government appointed Alexander Poti, who had previously held the position of deputy head of this department. This was reported by a government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk.
Transport safety also took place. Yevgeny Zborovsky, who headed Ukrtransbuschka, was released, but he remained in the office as a deputy chairman.
The new head of Ukrtrans Security was Nikita Lagunin, who previously worked as the deputy chairman of this department.
Personnel changes indicate the government's desire to optimize the work of key state structures, in particular in the areas of information security and transport regulation. The appointment of former deputies to leadership positions shows a bet on the experience and knowledge of the internal processes of these agencies.
