Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 4 medium potatoes
- Mushrooms (mushrooms or other) - 200 g
- Onion - 1 middle
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes, cut into large cubes and cook until cooked. Then drain and mix it.
- Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry in oil until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix softened potatoes with fried mushrooms and onions.

Preparation:
