"The Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" On Ratification of the Protocol on the Termination of the Agreement on Mutual Security of the Services of Interstate Secrets in the Field of Legal Protection of Inventions of June 4, 1999, " - said in a statement on the website of President Kazakhstan.
The agreement was signed by the heads of the CIS governments on June 4, 1999 in Minsk. Kazakhstan ratified it on May 7, 2001.
The Minister of Justice of the LCD Azamat Eskaraev, representing the project of the law to the deputies , reminded that the purpose of the agreement was to ensure the regime of secrecy of information about secret inventions, to determine the order of declassification of secret inventions created in the former USSR.
