The head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service of Poltava Oblast Alla Ryabkov and its relatives can deprive property of a total amount of more than UAH 4.5 million. On September 5, the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court, demanding that the assets that, according to the investigation, were collected illegally.
Among the assets claimed by the prosecutor's office is an apartment in Kiev, owned by Sister Ryabkova, as well as Land Rover Range Rover Velar 2019 release and Toyota C-Hr Hybrid 2022, which are registered with his father and daughter, respectively.
The SAP claims that these assets cannot be justified by legal income, and therefore they have already been arrested. Consideration of confiscation of property is planned in court.
Recall that last year Ryabkov was accused of receiving unreasonable assets worth more than UAH 6 million. The State Bureau of Investigation and the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption conducted an investigation that found that in 2022-2023 members of the Ryabkova family and proxies registered property worth UAH 6.1 million. The investigation found that these purchases were made for money whose origin was not confirmed by law.
The case files were transferred to the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office for further consideration and collection of assets into the state income.
