The ideal period for the birth of the first child is the age of 35 years. This was stated by a gynecologist, emphasizing the importance of planning pregnancy within early reproductive age.
The expert noted that the reproductive age of a woman is divided into two stages - early (up to 35 years) and late (from 35 to menopause). It is in the first period in the female ovaries that the optimal supply of the follicles required for conception is stored. The number of follicles also depends on the individual genetic predisposition.
Despite this, the decision to mother always remains with a woman, the gynecologist emphasized. However, doctors recommend listening to medical advice to reduce risks. In particular, the optimal gap between childbirth should be at least two years - this time is enough to restore the female body.
It should also be borne in mind that after 40 years pregnancy and childbirth can be accompanied by increased risks for both the mother and the baby. Possible complications include complex births and the likelihood of developing chromosomal abnormalities in infants.
