Ukrainians who need support in the difficult winter can use the Winter E-Support program. This initiative provides financial assistance in the amount of 1000 UAH for basic needs: food, medicines and utilities.
Important: These funds should be used by February 28, 2025. For those who receive payments to bank cards, access to funds will last until the end of 2025.
The program covers two main categories of citizens: pensioners aged 60; People with disabilities 1 and 2 groups. Deputy Minister of Economy Nadiya Bigun called on the recipients because of Ukrposhta not to delay the use of funds, but to spend them immediately after receiving. This will help to use resources to meet the most important needs of citizens. According to the terms of the program, the money received through Ukrposhta cannot be withdrawn in cash. Instead, they should be spent on: utility bills; Buying food, medicines, household chemicals; Replenishment of mobile account; Subscription of Ukrainian publications; Charity. The branches of Ukrposhta have a list of goods and services that can be paid by these funds. This approach guarantees that financial assistance will be aimed at meeting priority needs.
