A fully updated Lexus ES 2026 sedan of the model year was presented in Shanghai Motor Show. After several previous generation updates, which has been produced since 2018, the new model has received a full -fledged radial, which reflects modern technological achievements and style trends.
The changes are not limited to design - the new Lexus ES has grown in size. Its length is now 5140 mm, which is 165 mm more than its predecessor. The wheelbase was also increased by 80 mm, to 2950 mm, and the width increased by 55 mm, to 1920 mm, which makes the car even more comfortable and spacious.
The exterior of the new Lexus es is inspired by the LF-ZL concept, which was presented one and a half years ago. Although the shape of the body remained familiar, the design has become more minimalistic and modern, with clearer lines and stylistic accents.
The updated sedan is offered in several variants: ES300H hybrid with a 2.5-liter engine with a capacity of 201 hp, hybrid ES350H with a capacity of 247 hp, electric ES350E at 224 hp. and a new all -wheel drive electric ES500E, which reaches a capacity of 343 hp. All of these versions are equipped with advanced EAXLE technologies and integrated transmissions that provide better dynamics and space in the salon.
The new Lexus ES also offers an improved chassis with high body rigidity, which allows to provide more accurate steering, high speed stability and reduction of vibrations. For the first time, this model uses a chassis that guarantees comfortable and safe driving.
The car safety system has an adaptive cruise control with navigation support, an emergency response system that stops the car in the event of a loss of consciousness of the driver, as well as an improved lane maintenance system. In addition, the novelty is equipped with a collision warning system, adaptive light without dazzling and a driver's monitor that detects fatigue or yawning.
The LEXUS ES salon 2026 received a new Lexusconnect multimedia system with a 12.3-inch appliance panel and a 14-inch multimedia screen. In addition, electrical versions provide integration with the mobile application Lexuslink+, which allows real -time to find charging stations. New technologies provide perfect connection and ease of use during travel.
