Lithuania will provide Ukraine with 30 million euros

On April 11, Lithuania undertook to provide Ukraine with 30 million euros for various military assistance formats within the framework of a meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine. This will include both the purchase of weapons and the support of various initiatives.

From these funds, 20 million euros will be used to purchase artillery shells for Ukraine as part of the Czech initiative, which earlier allocated 13 million euros. Another 7 million euros of Lithuania will be provided for the purchase of anti -car systems, including rifles and electronic warfare of the small radius that will help Ukraine fight drones.

In addition, the balance of funds will be aimed at maintaining the coalition for the demining led by Lithuania. During 2025, Lithuania pledged to prepare and equip 7 Ukrainian battalions to combat explosive residues.

In total, Lithuania has already undertaken to provide Ukraine with military assistance worth 110 million euros in 2025, and this figure should increase to a minimum of 200 million.
