Medvedev rejects the possibility of negotiations with Ukraine

The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev stated that the Kremlin does not intend to negotiate with Ukraine until the "complete defeat of the enemy" is held. He expressed this position after a recent breakthrough in the Ukrainian forces into the territory of Kursk region.

Medvedev commented on the situation, indicating that although there was the possibility of peace talks before, she has disappeared now. He called these proposals "unnecessary" and "imbued" international community, which, in his opinion, had no clear perspective and consequences.

"Recently, albeit theoretically, but there were… early unnecessary negotiations on peace, proposed by the international community and imposed by the Kiev regime," Medvedev said.

After recent battles in the Kursk region, where the Ukrainian forces have achieved considerable success, Medvedev assured that Russia was not ready for negotiations. "Now everyone understands everything, let them not say aloud. They understand that there are no talks to the complete defeat of the enemy!" He stressed.

Medvedev also accused US President Joe Biden of supporting Ukraine, who, in his opinion, leads to the pointless costs and deaths of people, despite the fact that it was Russia who started a unprocessed full -scale invasion.
