China identified its strategic goal of world leadership by 2050, using global conflicts to maximize its competitors. According to Oleksandr Fedychev, Beijing actively influences the world stage, including pressure on the United States and abstaining from active support of other countries, including Ukraine.
"China uses these strategies to maximize the weakening of its competitors, especially against the background of conflicts between Russia and the West, which it does not seek to actively support," he said.
Fedichev also noted that China chooses an inactive approach to various global problems, such as Palestinian-Israeli conflict, North Korean situation and possible conflicts in Latin America.
"China does not take active measures to resolve these issues, but on the contrary, retains peaceful rhetoric without interfering actively in developments," the expert said.
According to him, Beijing wins when Washington spends its resources to support other countries, which contributes to the rapid reduction of China's lag in the economic, technological and geopolitical spheres.
"China seeks to shorten its backlog in all aspects to achieve its main goal - to become the world's largest superpower by 2050," Fedichev summed up.
