The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reported that the process of reservation of workers of agricultural enterprises was extended until March 31, 2025. This will allow enterprises that have not yet confirmed their status critically important, review their applications and overdo it.
In order to take this opportunity, agrarians must meet three criteria, two of which are mandatory. The first rule is that the average salary in the enterprise over the last quarter should be at least 2.5 minimum wage (20 thousand hryvnias for private enterprises). The second mandatory criterion is the lack of tax arrears.
The third criterion, which is selective, is defined by resolution No. 76 or sectoral criteria approved by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.
From December 1, 2024, all enterprises must book the military through the portal. This innovation helps to simplify the process and make it more transparent. All bookings provided by the Ministry of Economy Decisions or through the portal will be valid by February 28, 2025.
All companies that are critically important must confirm their status by February 28, 2025 according to new criteria.
The Government has approved eight current criteria for determining the enterprise critically important. In addition, sectoral and regional criteria are now agreed by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy, which allows to determine more precisely enterprises that have priority in the booking process.
