The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation denies the breakthrough of the Armed Forces in the Kursk region

The Ministry of Defense of Russia announced the successful repulsion of an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to break into the territory of the Kursk region. According to representatives of the department, Ukrainian troops tried to break into the Bilovskyi district, but were stopped by Russian forces.

We will remind you that yesterday Z-publics began to write en masse that the Armed Forces of Ukraine broke through to the Bilovo district, are "advancing with a wide front", and are approaching Bilovo itself. However, as we can see, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation denies this.

There are no confirmations of a breakthrough. Last night, Russian journalists went on the air from Bilovy and declared that no fighting was taking place near the city.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also reports that "the attempts of mobile groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to break through deep into Russian territory have been stopped," in particular in the area of the villages of Zhuravli and Uzhny Kolodyaz, which are 20 and 30 km from the Russian-Ukrainian border.

Russian military telegram channels write that "Ukrainian DRGs" are penetrating the rear of Russian troops for 20-30 kilometers, where they are trying to block them.

At the same time, according to their assertions, the Armed Forces have close control only over the villages in the border zone.

As for Suji, the information coming from there is contradictory. Russian publications write that part of the city is controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and part by the Russian army. At the same time, fighting continues on the flanks of the city. But there are still no actual videos from Suja itself, which would confirm the control of one side or another over the city (the day before yesterday, a video from the northwestern outskirts of Suja appeared from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but it is not known when it was taken).

Ukraine does not officially comment on the military situation in the Kursk region.
