On December 28, the Moldovan Parliament decided to join an extended partial agreement, which provides for the creation of a register of losses caused to Ukraine by Russia.
The statement of Moldova Parliament stated that the rejection of joining this Agreement has a negative impact on the image of the country and its foreign policy. "Our goal is to contribute to the investigation of crimes against humanity and their documentation," the statement reads.
It is important to note that Moldova is currently an associate member of the Register of losses. For full membership, the country must regularly pay an annual contribution of € 25 thousand to € 30 thousand.
