In the comments, Dmitry Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, confirms open proceedings and promises to establish all circumstances.
This is not the first case of such tragedies. Earlier, similar situations in the Khmelnytsky region, where the mother declared abuse and bad attitude to her son, who died after visiting the territorial center, as well as in the Ternopil region, where the military died died after fell and hit the head.
