In the Tyachiv district of Transcarpathia there was a landslide of the soil on an area of 10.5 hectares, said the head of the Transcarpathian regional administration, Viktor Nikita, through the social network of Facebook.
The incident occurred in the Dubov community of the Tyachiv district, within the territory of the forest fund of the Krasnyansky forestry of the State Enterprise “Mokryansk Forestry”. It is noted that the shift area is currently 10.5 hectares, and the rock moves continues.
Representatives of the SES and forestry provided constant monitoring of the situation, presenting appropriate reports, analysis and forecasting. Preparation of equipment and staff is organized to eliminate the possible consequences of an emergency of a natural nature.
At the moment, there is no threat to human life and health, but measures are taken to prevent and respond to possible changes in the situation in the area of shift, the head of the Regional State Administration said. The evacuation plan of the population of the nearest settlement has already been specified, and there are reserves for primary tasks.
All the necessary services, equipment and geologists work at the scene. Transcarpathian rescuers also found the scale of flooding in the area where water overflows occurred on several roads.
