According to information received from Dubinsky and his representatives, on December 7, on the fifth day after the declared beating in the pre -trial detention center, the administration of the institution organized an X -ray to establish injuries. According to the X -ray examination, the People's Deputy states that he has the tenth and eleventh ribs on the left side.
"It actually sets the torture that happened. You can see," Dubinsky said during a court hearing, showing bruise and injuries on his body.
