NATO has established two conditions for possible intervention in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia

NATO countries have identified "red lines" for possible participation in armed conflicts between Ukraine and Russia, media reports. These "red lines" are established to determine the possible actions of the Alliance in emergencies, but NATO has no real plans to send its troops to Ukraine.

The first condition defined as the "red line" is the involvement of Russia in the war on the side of a third country. This may include both direct and indirect interference with armed conflict, including the situation in Belarus.

The second "red line" provides Russia's attack on the Baltic, Poland and Moldova countries. It can be both a full invasion and a military provocation, such as a provocative blow. Journalists believe that such actions can be aimed at checking the NATO reaction.

French President Macron earlier expressed the idea of sending Western troops to Ukraine in case of aggravation of the situation. He confirmed his position, noting that the response of Russia confirms the correctness of such a decision.

According to the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry, it is important to keep Putin in tension without disclosing strategic plans. Poland, like other countries, should adhere to strategic uncertainty policies. As for the possibility of sending Polish troops to Ukraine, he noted that Poland will not disclose its plans, but remains ready for action if necessary.
