The agency claims that the attack took place between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Moscow time. The Russian Ministry of Defense did not specify which objects were attacked.
The Ukrainian authorities have not yet commented on the events in Voronezh, but previously acknowledged drone strikes on military targets in the Russian rear, from where Russia attacks Ukraine.

Telegram channel Baza writes that the balcony in the affected apartment was burnt, windows and balcony doors were broken, and furniture was damaged. Another 35 apartments received minor damage, the governor said.

The governor of the region, Oleksandr Gusev, said that a 10-year-old girl received minor injuries as a result of the attack, she had stab and cut injuries on her arm, leg and neck.
In his Telegram channel, Gusev wrote that, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the child needed help "as a result of fragments of a downed UAV hitting an apartment on Teplychnaya Street." Medical aid was provided on the spot, the official added.
