As a result of the night attack on Kiev, houses were damaged, several fires occurred, and destruction in the territory of enterprises was recorded. The mayor of the capital Vitaliy Klitschko reported serious consequences for several areas of the city.
In the Holosiivskyi district, the apartment in an apartment building was damaged as a result of the attack, one person was injured. There was also a fire on the territory of garages and car service, where the area of the fire was 200 square meters. Thanks to the coordinated actions of rescuers, the fire was eliminated.
In the Pechersk district, shelling led to a restaurant fire on the 33th floor of an apartment building, which covered an area of 50 square meters. The fall of the debris was partially destroyed by the 34th floor. All residents of the High School were evacuated by emergency services.
In the Solomenskiy district, a fire of a storage building with an area of 600 square meters appeared at the enterprise, one person was hospitalized. The wreckage also fell into the territory of the medical center where evacuation takes place.
The roof of the six-storey business center caught fire on Obolon, and a two-storey building was damaged in the Podilskyi district.
Klitschko noted that houses in five areas of the city were damaged due to a night attack in the capital. The authorities have already reported the work of air defense that destroyed the drones that attacked the capital.
Emergency services are currently working on events, ensuring the safety of residents and eliminating the effects of the attack.
