A recent survey conducted by the Digital Society Institute found that a majority of Germans are concerned about the possibility of Germany being drawn into a war in Ukraine. According to the survey, 41% of respondents oppose increasing support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The majority of surveyed Germans (67%) are dissatisfied with the policy of the Scholz government towards Ukraine, which is at war.
Only 11% of voters are satisfied.
68% of those polled said they were "concerned" or "very concerned" that Germany might find itself directly involved in a war in Europe in the coming years.
32% of respondents said that they would like "much stronger" support for Ukraine from the EU, 41% - against.
It should be noted that parties opposing aid to Ukraine and in favor of negotiations with the Russian Federation have recently gained weight in domestic German elections.
