In Ukraine, updated military accounting legislation continues to operate, which abolished the restricted category. Such persons should now undergo a re -examination to confirm their condition.
Yevgeny Filipets, a lawyer and candidate of law, told this on the air of Espresso. He noted that men aged 18-60, who have previously received the status of "restricted" should have current medical documents for the passing of the Military Medical Commission (VLK).
The lawyer explained that the law does not oblige such persons to independently contact the territorial centers of acquisition (TCC), but they can be invited through summons. At the same time, the non -existence of VLK can be interpreted as an offense that will depend on the practice of a particular shopping center.
A separate problem concerns booked persons, since their status is valid only until February 28. If they do not have time to pass the VLK in a certain period, the system may not take into account their reservation.
In order to confirm his condition, the lawyer advises limited to gathering fresh medical certificates in advance that confirm the presence of diseases. This will ensure an objective consideration of their condition by the medical commission.
