The Verkhovna Rada terminated the powers of MP Oles Dovary. The corresponding decision was made on June 19: 244 people's deputies voted for "for". This was reported by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak in his Telegram channel.
"In parliament, a new anti -record by the number of deputies is 398," he said.
Long the day before he applied for early assembly of the mandate. He explained his decision by the fact that he does not see the opportunity to be productive in legislative work.
Oles Long is a policy with many years of experience. In 2019, he was elected to the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation as a self -nominated 102 district (Kirovohrad region). He was non -factional in parliament and worked on the Nation Health Committee.
It is also known that in 2022–2023 he missed 73% of the vote, which gave reasons to analyst the movement honestly include it in the list of deputies.
In the past, he was a deputy of the 8th convocation, the deputy chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, as well as the Secretary of the Kyiv City Council in 2006–2011 from the Leonid Chernovetsky Bloc.
