The digital transformation Ministry prepares a new system of telephone spam, obsessive advertising and fraudulent calls. The corresponding changes should work in the near future. This was reported by the head of the department Mikhail Fedorov.
According to the new rules, operators will receive technical tools that will allow you to block suspicious numbers. This will be the calls that come without pre -registration of numbers in the operator's database. The business will have to enter into an appropriate contract and provide a list of numbers from which calls are made. If not done, calls can be blocked automatically.
Also, in the case of spam calling, the user will be able to contact his operator for locking the specific number.
In addition, additional changes in mobile users are provided. In the personal office, subscribers will be able to review the costs and disconnect the content services without having to contact the operator.
Determining the speed of the Internet will be a mandatory item in the contract. If the actual speed is much lower than the promised, the subscriber has the right to file a complaint with the regulator or go to court.
Separate rules will apply to citizens in hostilities. They will not lose communication due to non-payment of services, and SIM cards will not be blocked. At the first connection in the war zone, users will be given a free communication package.
The innovations will be introduced gradually. This will allow the operators to make all the necessary technical settings.
