In Paraguay, a high -ranking official from the Ministry of Agriculture was dismissed after he signed an agreement on cooperation with representatives of the country, which was found to be fictional.
According to the report, the head of the Agricultural Minister Arnaldo Camorro apparatus told reporters about his dismissal after signing a memorandum about cooperation with a country that exists only on paper - the United States of Kailas. This country was represented as a South American Ostrovna Nation, and the agreement provided for the establishment of interstate diplomatic relations.
Arnaldo Chamarro noted that representatives of the fictional "foreign delegation" expressed their desire to assist Paraguay and presented several projects. However, it later turned out that it was a fraudulent scheme, and the official was deceived.
It is known that these "diplomatic" negotiations also included a meeting with the Minister of Agriculture Carlos Himenes. The reasons for this deception remain unknown, and now the official has already been resigned.
