The Ukrainian political scene is again influenced by the scandal related to the People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mykola Tishchenko. The petition, which calls for deprivation of his powers due to abuse of office, has gained considerable support against the short term of its existence.
It is known that the petition on the website of the Verkhovna Rada appeared after Tishchenko got into another scandal. This time, because of the case of attacking persons in camouflage form on the former military in the center of the Dnieper.
Currently, suspicion has already been declared unlawful imprisonment of the victim, prosecutors will ask for home arrest for Tishchenko.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko commented on the attack on the former fighter in the Dnieper on the air of the Telelorphone and noted that all those involved should be punished. And to the question of the TV presenter that the attackers can be the guards of the People's Deputy Tishchenko, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs said: "No matter what it is for people. Every citizen must be responsible for the law."
Klimenko also reported that two criminal proceedings were opened on this fact: causing light bodily harm and unlawful imprisonment.
Presidential Office Head Andriy Yermak, who has a godfather, also responded to the conflict, noting that the behavior of the People's Deputy was absolutely shameful.
"A video of the conflict of the People's Deputy Tyshchenko and the military was looked. There is nothing to talk about here. The behavior of the People's Deputy is absolutely shameful. She has no excuses. There are right law enforcement. relationships, ” Yermak wrote in his Telegram channel .
He added that "Tishchenko's behavior is incompatible with the status of a MP."
Searches with Tyshchenko and suspicion
Already this morning, June 25, the searches during which the DBR announced him about suspicion of unlawful imprisonment of the victim (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was conducted. The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.
The investigation version is as follows: on June 20, 2024, a group of persons in the Dnieper, at the instructions of the People's Deputy of Ukraine, unlawfully deprived the will of the victim - the former serviceman of the Armed Forces. It was kept for some time and caused injuries. The investigation found that this was done by a prior conspiracy by a group of persons and with the use of physical strength and special means.
In turn, the Attorney General's office, meanwhile, reported that they would ask for the election of a deputy of a preventive measure in the form of a 24 -hour house arrest.
