YouControl R&D Center analysts have published the results of the study of the declarations of the People's Deputies of Ukraine for 2023-2024. In focus, there is a level of income of the deputies within their factions and deputy groups. According to estimates, several people's deputies, who have a connection with the Odessa region, took some of the highest positions in terms of income.
Thus, MP Oleksiy Goncharenko took second place among the representatives of the European Solidarity faction. In 2024 he declared 9.6 million hryvnias of income. Petro Poroshenko is the first place in the party - with an income of more than UAH 4.6 billion. The former president, we will remind, was born in Bolgrad in Odesa region.
In general, the European Solidarity faction showed the highest total income among all parliamentary associations - UAH 4.7 billion, which is 66% of the total income of all deputies of the Verkhovna Rada.
Another person involved in the rating is Igor Palitsya, who in 2014–2015 headed the Odessa Regional State Administration. In 2024, he declared 44.6 million hryvnias, becoming the third income in the deputy group "For the Future". The total income of this group in 2024 amounted to UAH 785.1 million, which is 11% more than in the previous period.

The study also takes into account changes in the dynamics of income and allows you to see which fractions have lost or vice versa - have increased financial resources over the last year.
