Poland begins its annual chairmanship in the Visegrad Group (V4), which is focused on the slogan "Return to the roots". The main priorities include increasing the welfare of citizens, improving multidimensional security, developing infrastructure between V4 countries and promoting cooperation between them.
The Polish presidency in V4 also emphasizes its support for Ukraine in the struggle for independence against the Russian aggressor. A number of events are planned, including expert meetings, seminars and conferences aimed at achieving these strategic goals.
The presidency program also provides initiatives in the field of internal security, civil protection and development of transport relations aimed at supporting Ukraine and other countries of the Eastern Partnership.
The Visegrad Group, which unites Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, continues its historical role in supporting the common goals of European integration and security.
