Gin Hecman is one of the most prominent figures in Hollywood's history. His career has covered more than four decades, during which he played in dozens of cult films.

Born on January 30, 1930 in San Bernardino, California, Hecman began his acting career in the late 1950s. World glory came to him after the role in the movie Bonnie and Clyde (1967), which brought him the first nomination for Oscar.

The main successes of the actor are related to two ribbons: "French liaison" (1971), for which he received his first "Oscar" for the best male role, and "Uninvited" (1992), where he played a charismatic antagonist, which brought him the second gold statuette - this time for the best male.

In 1991, the actor married for the second time - his fiancee was the pianist Betsy Arakawa, with whom he lived for more than three decades. She supported him in all endeavors and shared his passion for art.
