The delivery of ATACMS missiles is still delayed

The administration of the US president is not yet ready to announce the delivery of ATACMS missiles, but will continue efforts to support Ukraine.

This was announced by Biden's national security advisor Jake Sullivan in Kyiv.

He also failed to say when the US would announce continued military support.

"I'm not going to make predictions about exactly when that will be done, but we're working to get it done as soon as possible, and President Biden is working on it every day. But I can't make a specific prediction today," said Sullivan.

In addition, Sullivan considers Ukraine's victory to be the exit from the war as a sovereign, democratic and free country, without mentioning the restoration of territorial integrity - that is, the exit of Ukraine to the borders of 1991.

He also said that "Russia has already lost this war" because the plans that Putin outlined at the beginning of the war "have not been fulfilled and never will be".

"We believe that Russia has already lost this war. What was Russia going to do? Erase Ukraine from the map. To erase from history the very idea of being Ukrainian. It has already failed," said Sullivan.
